The company focuses on autonomous search, conversational shopping, and autonomous marketing, all powered by a single AI engine so that personalization can be both automated and consistent. Its technology is used by more than 1,400 global brands across sectors such as retail, financial services, hospitality, and gaming.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will own growth and long-term account value across a strategic portfolio in the DACH, Benelux, and Nordic regions. The position centers on building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, uncovering expansion opportunities, and helping customers achieve measurable outcomes with Bloomreach solutions. You will work closely with Customer Success, solutions teams, SDRs, partners, and other internal groups to strengthen engagement, support renewals, and identify upsell and cross-sell potential. Your contribution will be important to customer retention, account expansion, and the company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s continued success in the region.<\/p>\n<h3>What you will do<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of around 20 enterprise accounts, with an average annual recurring revenue of approximately $6 million, and manage both retention and growth opportunities across the portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Create and execute strategic account plans and go-to-market approaches that are grounded in a deep understanding of each customer\u00e2\u0080\u0099s business goals and challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the main commercial contact for economic buyers and other key decision-makers, building relationships with senior executives and arranging executive engagement when it will help move the account forward.<\/li>\n<li>Work in close partnership with Customer Success, ISVs, external partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver customer value and convert that value into expansion opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the customer\u00e2\u0080\u0099s advocate inside Bloomreach by communicating feedback, needs, and priorities to Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams so the company can improve continuously and identify advocacy opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor account health, revenue performance, and growth potential, and share regular updates with internal stakeholders on opportunity creation, deal progress, churn risk, and mitigation actions.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze eCommerce performance data, A\/B testing results, and conversion metrics, then use those insights to advise customers and support internal decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Run and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews that align customer objectives with Bloomreach capabilities and provide data-backed updates on account status, strategic initiatives, and future expansion or cross-sell opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Identify risks early and coordinate the right internal resources quickly to reduce exposure and protect the account.<\/li>\n<li>Close upsell and cross-sell opportunities through a disciplined, value-based sales process, using structured qualification and deal-management methods such as MEDDPICC.<\/li>\n<li>Review and improve account strategy and sales execution, adjusting the approach to fit the customer\u00e2\u0080\u0099s size, type, and changing requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to problem-solving by adapting quickly, taking on new challenges, and using methods such as design thinking to generate practical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Think strategically about the longer-term effects of customer and internal decisions, and provide forward-looking guidance on risks and opportunities that may emerge over time.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong understanding of Bloomreach\u00e2\u0080\u0099s product set and new capabilities, and educate customers on additional use cases, integrations, and features that can create more value and reveal new expansion paths.<\/li>\n<li>Be measured on expansion ARR performance against quota, renewals, and access to key power stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What we are looking for<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least five years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or consulting, with responsibility for an enterprise-level customer book.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in martech, ad tech, search, commerce, AI, or digital experience is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to plan strategically for accounts and to use a wider ecosystem of partners, executives, and cross-functional teams to achieve customer goals.<\/li>\n<li>A strong record as a quota-carrying seller who has consistently performed above target.<\/li>\n<li>Solid analytical and statistical skills, especially when working with eCommerce data, A\/B testing, and conversion metrics.<\/li>\n<li>A deeply customer-focused approach that anticipates future needs, addresses underlying issues, and looks for ways to create more value.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative style that helps groups align, offers constructive feedback, and ensures stakeholders can contribute meaningfully to outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>An entrepreneurial mindset that embraces change, builds diverse networks for ideas, and drives results through innovative
