    • Ability to interpret, produce, and work from construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents.<\/li>\n

    • Project management or project lead experience, including RFQ\/RFP activity, engineering team selection, budget development, coordination of multiple consultants, and meeting facilitation.<\/li>\n
