- Identify and pursue opportunities to connect VoC more deeply with the wider Contentsquare platform so that surveys, session replay, experience monitoring, and conversation intelligence work together as one coherent customer experience.<\/li>\n
- Make clear prioritization decisions when there are competing goals, and ensure the team delivers complete, usable product increments rather than partially finished work.<\/li>\n
- Shape and communicate a compelling product narrative for the future of VoC to executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.<\/li>\n
- Carry out detailed customer and market research to understand user needs, competitor activity, and new developments in qualitative analytics and voice-of-customer solutions.<\/li>\n
- Translate customer feedback, field insights, and product usage information into a roadmap that is grounded in evidence and focused on delivering value.<\/li>\n
- Work closely with design and engineering during discovery, using research, prototypes, and experiments to validate ideas before committing to build them.<\/li>\n
- Promote an AI-first product direction by partnering with Sense AI and Applied AI teams to introduce intelligent automation into survey creation, analysis, and insight delivery.<\/li>\n
- Explore ways to use AI and machine learning to detect patterns, predict sentiment, and reduce the time customers need to get to actionable insights.<\/li>\n
- Collaborate daily with an Engineering Manager and a team of five frontend and backend engineers as part of a Product Trio responsible for discovery and delivery.<\/li>\n
- Coordinate with other product teams across the business to create stronger platform-wide alignment and shared value.<\/li>\n
- Build effective relationships with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing so the product reflects market needs and supports go-to-market priorities.<\/li>\n
- Define product KPIs and success measures, then monitor performance and use the findings to inform roadmap decisions.<\/li>\n
- Track product health, support trends, and quality metrics, and prioritize improvements that increase customer satisfaction and retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
What you need to bring<\/h3>\n\n- At least five years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a history of owning and scaling a product area from end to end.<\/li>\n
- Strong customer and market research capability, including the ability to combine qualitative and quantitative inputs into a clear product strategy.<\/li>\n
- Experience building AI-enabled or data-intensive products, plus curiosity about how AI and machine learning can improve the user experience.<\/li>\n
- Demonstrated roadmap ownership, including prioritization across competing stakeholder needs and the ability to balance tactical delivery with long-term direction.<\/li>\n
- Comfort using data to make decisions, including defining metrics, tracking performance, and using analytics to guide product choices.<\/li>\n
- An understanding of both UX and data aspects of product work, with the ability to partner effectively with designers and engineers.<\/li>\n
