- Own the analytics engineering roadmap for your area, deciding which investments will have the greatest impact, balancing competing requests, and building support for those priorities with business and product partners.<\/li>\n

Experience and skills needed<\/h3>\n\n- Experience in Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, or Data Engineering, with strong hands-on SQL skills that you continue to use regularly.<\/li>\n
- Prior experience managing individual contributors, including helping people grow, giving candid feedback, and handling common management situations without needing close supervision.<\/li>\n
- A demonstrated ability to own a technical roadmap for a domain and deliver outcomes that have measurable business impact.<\/li>\n
- Strong knowledge of the modern analytics engineering stack, including cloud data warehousing, transformation tools, data modelling, and data quality practices.<\/li>\n
- The confidence to engage credibly in technical discussions, make informed architectural decisions, and unblock your team when needed.<\/li>\n
- Experience influencing senior business and product stakeholders and aligning analytics work to the priorities of the domain.<\/li>\n
