  • Lead a large and diverse team as an Area\/Shift Manager, making sure your part of the operation keeps pace with demand.<\/li>\n

  • Identify, test, and implement improvements that strengthen the performance of fulfilment, sortation, and delivery operations.<\/li>\n

  • Take a hands-on approach by completing actions that improve the functionality and service quality of Amazon\u00e2\u0080\u0099s operational sites.<\/li>\n

    You will be part of Amazon\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Customer Fulfilment organisation, the part of the business that underpins Amazon\u00e2\u0080\u0099s operations network. This team works from fulfilment centres, which are central to the company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s fast-moving logistics system and are often described as the first stage in the journey of many Amazon packages. The environment is busy and highly dynamic, with work spanning physical operations and data-driven decision-making. The team supports the movement of more than 1.5 million orders each day and plays a key role in helping Amazon deliver quickly and affordably.<\/p>\n
