What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Lead and support a team consisting of Trainers and a Learning Specialist, making sure they are developed, coordinated, and able to respond effectively to site needs.<\/li>\n
  • Take full ownership of associate and leader training at the site, covering everything from identifying needs through to planning, delivery, and evaluation.<\/li>\n
  • Work with the site leadership team to understand operational priorities, analyse challenges, and influence solutions that improve performance.<\/li>\n
  • Build strong working relationships with learning teams across Europe to exchange effective approaches and help standardise best practice where appropriate.<\/li>\n
  • Plan, develop, and assess training and learning initiatives in partnership with senior leaders and Amazon\u00e2\u0080\u0099s central leadership organisation.<\/li>\n
  • Spot opportunities to improve quality and productivity through learning, coaching, or other development interventions, and act on them quickly.<\/li>\n
  • Deliver coaching and feedback on leadership topics through one-to-one conversations and group workshops to strengthen management and coaching capability.<\/li>\n
  • Stay close to the operational environment by working on the warehouse floor and understanding the realities faced by the teams in the fulfilment centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
