This role is part of AlphaSights\u00e2\u0080\u0099 Associate Program and is aimed at people who want to begin their career in a fast-moving commercial environment where they can make an immediate impact and follow a defined path for progression. The position sits within the Client Service function on the Asia International team, based in London, and is designed for someone who can work across cultures, communicate confidently in more than one language, and support clients in Asia who are carrying out work connected to the US market.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Act as the key link between clients and experts, making sure each side is connected effectively and that the client receives the insight they need.<\/li>\n
  • Handle client-expert communication throughout the full lifecycle of a project, with a substantial amount of time spent speaking by phone to screen experts and negotiate with them so the best possible matches are presented to clients.<\/li>\n
  • Work on several assignments at once for clients such as investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier organizations, keeping multiple threads moving at the same time.<\/li>\n
  • Use AI-enabled sourcing tools to understand complex industry structures, map value chains, and identify experts who are relevant to the client\u00e2\u0080\u0099s request.<\/li>\n
  • Assess the broader context of each project, including market dynamics and the legal and regulatory environment affecting both clients and experts.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to Asia-focused client work from the London office while coordinating closely with colleagues in Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo, and Shanghai who co-lead these projects.<\/li>\n

      Pay and benefits<\/h3>\n

      • Expected first-year total compensation of \u00c2\u00a348,500 to \u00c2\u00a357,500, depending on performance, made up of a \u00c2\u00a341,500 base salary plus uncapped variable pay tied to individual results.<\/li>\n
