This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates in the EMEA region. It is designed to help participants connect their personal interests and strengths with BlackRock\u00e2\u0080\u0099s mission, principles, and wider purpose while building practical experience in a global financial organisation. The programme begins with an orientation that introduces the firm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, along with insight into what an analyst\u00e2\u0080\u0099s day-to-day work looks like. After that, analysts join their teams and continue developing through ongoing training and professional development while staying connected with colleagues around the world.<\/p>\n

  • Starting with a structured orientation that explains BlackRock\u00e2\u0080\u0099s purpose, business model, and strategic priorities.<\/li>\n
  • Learning what the analyst role looks like in practice before moving into team-based work.<\/li>\n
  • Joining a team after orientation and contributing to the firm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s work over the course of the programme.<\/li>\n
  • Taking part in continued training and development opportunities throughout the two-year experience.<\/li>\n
  • Working with colleagues across the globe and building connections across the organisation.<\/li>\n
  • Contributing to work that supports BlackRock\u00e2\u0080\u0099s broader aim of helping more people achieve financial well-being.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Who can apply<\/h3>\n

    • The programme is open to candidates who will graduate with a bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s or master\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree between June 2026 and July 2027.<\/li>\n
    • Applicants may come from any degree subject; there is no requirement for a specific academic background.<\/li>\n
    • For roles in Continental Europe, candidates must have fluency in the relevant local language.<\/li>\n
    • For Budapest, English is sufficient.<\/li>\n
    • For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English is also sufficient.<\/li>\n
    • The programme is part of BlackRock\u00e2\u0080\u0099s 2027 Full-Time Analyst Programme for the EMEA region.<\/li>\n
    • The planned start month is August, although earlier start dates may be taken into account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Application process and deadlines<\/h3>\n
