This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates across the EMEA region. The programme is designed to help analysts connect their personal interests and strengths with BlackRock\u00e2\u0080\u0099s mission, principles, and wider purpose. It starts with an orientation that introduces the firm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, along with an overview of what the analyst role involves on a day-to-day basis. After that, participants join their teams and continue developing through training and professional development opportunities while working with colleagues around the world.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Join BlackRock\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Full-Time Analyst Programme and contribute to work that supports the firm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being.<\/li>\n
  • Take part in an initial orientation that explains the company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s purpose, business model, and strategic priorities, and gives insight into the everyday experience of an analyst at BlackRock.<\/li>\n
  • Move into your assigned team after orientation and begin contributing to team work while staying connected with colleagues across different regions.<\/li>\n
  • Continue building your capabilities through ongoing learning, training, and professional development throughout the programme.<\/li>\n
  • Use your own interests and strengths to make a meaningful contribution to the firm and its broader mission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Who can apply<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • The programme is open to candidates who will complete a bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s or master\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree between June 2026 and July 2027.<\/li>\n
    • Applicants from any degree background are welcome; there is no restriction to a particular subject area.<\/li>\n
    • The expected start date is August, although the company may consider earlier start dates in some cases.<\/li>\n
    • For positions in Continental Europe, candidates need to be fluent in the relevant local language.<\/li>\n
    • For Budapest, English is the only language requirement mentioned.<\/li>\n
    • For roles in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English is also sufficient.<\/li>\n
