This summer internship offers an eight-week introduction to life as an analyst at BlackRock. The programme is designed to give students practical exposure to the firm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s work, with interns spending time alongside the Global Product Solutions team and the Client Business. Alongside the day-to-day learning, the experience includes conversations with senior leaders, support from mentors, and a range of summer events intended to help interns understand the organisation, meet colleagues, and connect with fellow interns.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Gain first-hand insight into the analyst experience through a structured eight-week internship.<\/li>\n
  • Work with the Global Product Solutions and Client Business teams on activities that build understanding of the firm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s client and product work.<\/li>\n
  • Take part in discussions led by senior leaders to learn more about BlackRock, its culture, and its business.<\/li>\n
  • Receive guidance from mentors who can help you navigate the early stages of your career.<\/li>\n
  • Attend events throughout the summer that are intended to help you get to know the company, your peers, and the wider intern cohort.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Who this programme is for<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • The opportunity is open to candidates who are currently in their penultimate year of study.<\/li>\n
    • Applicants must be on track to graduate in 2028.<\/li>\n
    • Eligible candidates may be studying for either an undergraduate degree or a master\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree.<\/li>\n
    • The internship runs for eight weeks during the June to August period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • After submitting an application, candidates are emailed a pre-interview assessment that must be completed within five days.<\/li>\n
