This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates across the EMEA region. It is intended for people who want to start their careers in a role that combines structured learning, team-based work, and exposure to BlackRock\u00e2\u0080\u0099s wider mission and business priorities. The programme is designed to help analysts build a strong foundation, connect their personal interests and strengths to the organisation\u00e2\u0080\u0099s purpose, and contribute to work that supports financial well-being for more people.<\/p>\n

The programme begins with an orientation period that introduces new analysts to the company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s purpose, business model, and strategic priorities. It also provides a view into what the analyst role looks like on a day-to-day basis. After that, participants join their teams and continue developing through ongoing training and professional development, while remaining connected to colleagues across the global firm.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Take part in BlackRock\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Full-Time Analyst Programme and complete a two-year early-career experience with the firm.<\/li>\n
  • Attend an initial orientation that explains the organisation\u00e2\u0080\u0099s purpose, business, and strategic direction, and gives practical insight into the analyst role.<\/li>\n
  • Join your assigned team after orientation and contribute to its work as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.<\/li>\n
  • Stay engaged with colleagues around the world through continued learning, training, and development opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Support the firm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s broader mission of helping more people experience financial well-being.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Who can apply<\/h3>\n

    • Applicants must be due to graduate with either a bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree or a master\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree between June 2026 and July 2027.<\/li>\n
    • Candidates from any degree background are welcome; the programme is open to all subjects.<\/li>\n
    • For roles in Continental Europe, local language fluency is required.<\/li>\n
    • For Budapest, only English is required.<\/li>\n
    • For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English is the only language requirement.<\/li>\n
    • Applicants should be ready to complete a pre-interview assessment after submitting their application.<\/li>\n
    • The assessment must be completed within five days of receiving it, otherwise the application will be automatically withdrawn.<\/li>\n
    • The programme is scheduled to start in August, although earlier start dates may be considered in some cases.<\/li>\n
