This is a two-year full-time analyst programme in BlackRock\u00e2\u0080\u0099s EMEA region, designed for graduates who want to begin their careers in a structured early-career environment. The programme is intended to help analysts connect their personal interests and strengths with BlackRock\u00e2\u0080\u0099s mission, principles, and purpose while gaining practical experience in the day-to-day work of the firm.<\/p>\n

It also gives new analysts a clearer understanding of what the role involves in practice. After this initial onboarding period, analysts move into their teams and continue developing through training and professional development opportunities that keep them connected with colleagues across the globe.<\/p>\n

    Who can apply<\/h3>\n

    • Applicants must be on track to graduate with either a bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree or a master\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree between June 2026 and July 2027.<\/li>\n
    • Candidates from any degree discipline are welcome; the programme is not limited to a specific subject area.<\/li>\n
    • For roles based in Continental Europe, local language fluency is required.<\/li>\n
    • For Budapest, English is sufficient.<\/li>\n
    • For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English is also sufficient.<\/li>\n
    • Applicants should be available for an August start date, although earlier start dates may be considered.<\/li>\n
