This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for candidates who are completing a bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s or master\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree within the June 2026 to July 2027 graduation window. The programme is designed to help early-career talent connect their personal interests and strengths with the firm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s mission, principles, and purpose, while building practical experience in a global financial services environment.<\/p>\n

The programme begins with an orientation that introduces participants to the organisation\u00e2\u0080\u0099s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, and also provides a view into the everyday responsibilities and experience of an analyst. After that initial onboarding period, analysts move into their teams and continue developing through ongoing learning, training, and professional development opportunities. The overall aim is to give participants a meaningful platform to contribute to the firm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s work and to its broader goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Join a structured two-year analyst programme and take part in an initial orientation covering the organisation\u00e2\u0080\u0099s purpose, business model, and strategic direction.<\/li>\n
  • Learn what the analyst role involves on a day-to-day basis so you can transition smoothly into your team placement.<\/li>\n
  • After onboarding, work within your assigned team and contribute to its ongoing priorities and projects.<\/li>\n
  • Stay engaged with colleagues across different regions through continued training and professional development activities.<\/li>\n
  • Use the programme to build experience that supports both your own growth and the firm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s wider mission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Who this programme is for<\/h3>\n

    • Applicants who will graduate with a bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s or master\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree between June 2026 and July 2027.<\/li>\n
    • Candidates from any degree discipline are welcome to apply.<\/li>\n
    • Applicants who are comfortable with a full-time early-career development programme beginning in August, with earlier start dates possible in some cases.<\/li>\n
    • Candidates who can meet the language expectations for the location they are applying to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • The programme is available across EMEA locations, including Amsterdam, Belgrade, Brussels, Budapest, Cape Town, Copenhagen, Dubai, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Riyadh, Stockholm, and Zurich.<\/li>\n
      • For roles in Continental Europe, fluency in the local language is required.<\/li>\n
      • For Budapest, English is the only language requirement.<\/li>\n
      • For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English is also sufficient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Application process<\/h3>\n

        • After submitting an application, candidates receive an email inviting them to complete a pre-interview assessment.<\/li>\n
        • The assessment must be completed within five days of receipt.<\/li>\n
        • If the assessment is not submitted in time, the application is automatically withdrawn.<\/li>\n
        • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is recommended.<\/li>\n
