The role sits at the intersection of business, operations, data, and technology, with responsibility for shaping requirements, improving processes, and helping deliver scalable solutions for the future state of asset servicing operations. The successful candidate will bring deep subject matter knowledge in corporate actions together with strong product leadership skills to influence business design, operating models, data structures, and delivery priorities across a large-scale change initiative.<\/p>\n<h3>What you will do<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of product definition and delivery for corporate actions capabilities across the full event lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Work with operations, technology, product, and business stakeholders to capture business needs and convert them into practical roadmaps and delivery plans.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain the product backlog, including detailed user stories, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Make prioritisation decisions using factors such as business value, operational efficiency, risk reduction, regulatory obligations, and client outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with delivery teams to make sure the final solution satisfies functional requirements, operational needs, and control expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to testing, implementation, and activities needed to prepare the solution for production use.<\/li>\n<li>Help define future operating models, workflows, control structures, and process governance for corporate actions processing.<\/li>\n<li>Lead stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple workstreams and senior leadership groups.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor how the product is performing and identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Transformation and operating model focus<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the design and implementation of the future-state operating model for corporate actions processing.<\/li>\n<li>Help define how exceptions will be managed, how governance will work, what operational procedures are needed, and what business readiness activities must be completed.<\/li>\n<li>Work alongside change management and operational leadership teams to support adoption of new ways of working.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to process improvement and intelligent automation initiatives where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Use data analysis and stakeholder input to drive ongoing enhancements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you need<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least eight years of experience in corporate actions, asset servicing, securities operations, or capital markets.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a product manager, product owner, business lead, or transformation lead capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of eligibility calculations, entitlement processing, event lifecycle management, and operational controls.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting large-scale platform modernisation, operating model transformation, or other strategic change programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an investment bank, custody bank, securities services business, or financial market infrastructure organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Working arrangement<\/h3>\n<p>The role follows a hybrid pattern. Day-to-day working will vary depending on the needs of the role, the individual, and the business, and will involve a mix of company offices, client sites, and home working.
