This position is for an experienced Corporate Actions Product Manager or Product Owner who will support a major transformation programme aimed at modernising Corporate Actions processing. The role sits at the intersection of business, operations, data, and technology, with responsibility for shaping product direction, improving processes, and helping deliver scalable capabilities for the future operating model of Asset Servicing.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of Corporate Actions together with strong product leadership skills. You will help define business needs, influence operating model design, establish data and control frameworks, and guide delivery priorities across a large-scale modernisation effort.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Own the definition, prioritisation, and delivery of product capabilities covering the full Corporate Actions event lifecycle.<\/li>\n
  • Work with operations, technology, product, and business stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into clear, actionable delivery plans.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain the core product artefacts needed to support delivery, including backlogs, user stories, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n
  • Make prioritisation decisions based on business value, operational efficiency, reduction of risk, regulatory obligations, and the impact on clients.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with development and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business, operational, and control expectations.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to testing, implementation, deployment, and readiness activities so that new capabilities can move into production successfully.<\/li>\n
  • Help shape future-state operating models, workflows, governance structures, and control frameworks for Corporate Actions.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate engagement with stakeholders across multiple workstreams and leadership forums.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor how the product is performing and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase automation, and support continuous enhancement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Transformation and operating model focus<\/h3>\n

    • Support the design and rollout of future-state operating models for Corporate Actions processing.<\/li>\n
    • Define governance arrangements, exception-handling approaches, operational procedures, and business readiness activities.<\/li>\n
    • Work alongside change management and operational leadership teams to support adoption of new processes and ways of working.<\/li>\n
    • Contribute to process redesign, workflow improvement, and intelligent automation initiatives.<\/li>\n
    • Use data, stakeholder feedback, and operational performance measures to drive ongoing improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What you need<\/h3>\n

      • At least eight years of experience in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, Securities Operations, or Capital Markets.<\/li>\n
      • Previous experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Lead, or Transformation Lead role.<\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of eligibility calculations, entitlement processing, Corporate Actions event lifecycle management, and operational controls and risk management.<\/li>\n
      • Experience supporting major platform modernisation, operating model transformation, or other strategic change programmes.<\/li>\n
      • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in environments such as investment banks, custody banks, securities services organisations, or financial market infrastructure firms.<\/li>\n
      • Comfort working across business, operations, data, and technology teams in a complex transformation setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Working arrangement<\/h3>\n

        The role follows a hybrid pattern. Day-to-day working will vary depending on the needs of the role and the business, and will involve a combination of company offices, client locations, and home working. Full-time home working is not available for this position.<\/p>\n
