This role is for a senior-level WorkForce Suite consultant who will help deliver ADP WorkForce solutions for clients and support the wider practice through quality control, knowledge sharing, and client-facing expertise. What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Take the lead on designing, configuring, and implementing WorkForce Suite solutions, with a particular emphasis on Time and at least one additional area such as job-based scheduling, demand-based scheduling, or absence tracking.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables and contribute to practice activities that support successful project delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a functional expert for WorkForce Suite products, offering guidance, instruction, and practical support to clients and colleagues.<\/li>\n
  • Work in close partnership with consultants, integration teams, and client stakeholders to keep implementations coordinated and progressing smoothly.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate effectively with both external and internal audiences, including leading presentations and facilitating workshops for clients.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and maintain thorough project documentation, including functional and technical design documents, test plans, and training materials.<\/li>\n
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to WorkForce Suite configuration and system integrations.<\/li>\n
  • Support customer and administrator handover by delivering training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and operational teams.<\/li>\n
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants, including providing feedback, training support, and reviews of their work to help maintain quality standards.<\/li>\n
  • Stay informed about product enhancements, new features, and implementation best practices so client solutions remain current and effective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What the role requires<\/h3>\n

    • A bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree in information systems, technology, business, finance, or a similar discipline, or equivalent relevant experience gained in the field.<\/li>\n
    • At least three years of practical WorkForce Suite experience, including work on complex global time configuration.<\/li>\n
    • Current PT101 and PT102 certifications, or TIMETECH certification, are required for this role.<\/li>\n
    • PT202 or TIME600 certification is preferred, though not essential.<\/li>\n
    • Extra WorkForce Software certifications covering areas such as scheduling, reporting, integrations, or absence are an advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated experience leading Time & Attendance implementations.<\/li>\n
    • Advanced capability in Time & Attendance configuration.<\/li>\n
    • A strong understanding of how HCM platforms integrate with WorkForce.<\/li>\n
    • Working knowledge of end-of-period processing and payroll export.<\/li>\n
    • Good understanding of HR operations and business processes.<\/li>\n
    • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to build productive client relationships.<\/li>\n
    • The ability to assess client environments and recommend improvements based on best-practice approaches.<\/li>\n
    • A collaborative mindset and the ability to deliver WorkForce Suite functionality in line with the statement of work.<\/li>\n
    • Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations that engage and inform audiences.<\/li>\n
    • Effective time management and the ability to organize work efficiently.<\/li>\n
