This senior leadership role is based in London and sits at the point where infrastructure, technology, and capital come together. What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Take the lead on technical due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.<\/li>\n
  • Assess target network infrastructure, platform architecture, integration difficulty, and technology-related risks.<\/li>\n
  • Help shape transaction economics by identifying synergies, developing business cases, and planning integration work.<\/li>\n
  • Support negotiations on technology-related deal terms and transition services arrangements.<\/li>\n
  • Lead integration after acquisitions, including platform migration, system consolidation, and optimisation of vendors.<\/li>\n
  • Build market and competitor intelligence to identify technology trends and possible investment opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Create investment theses across connectivity, entertainment, security, and digital services.<\/li>\n
  • Work in partnership with Corporate Development, Finance, and business leaders to evaluate and execute strategic opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Provide senior technical leadership on matters that affect transactions, partnerships, and growth initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Influence decision makers by turning technical complexity into clear, commercially useful recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
