Capgemini Invent is looking for an experienced consultant to help shape how organisations adopt Anthropic Claude in the workplace, combining AI strategy with change leadership, communications and adoption expertise. The role sits within the AI & Digital Workplace tribe in the Business Technology practice, where the team helps clients improve collaboration, productivity and employee experience through AI, digital technology and organisational change. The focus is on turning technology deployment into genuine workforce transformation, helping clients realise measurable value and build sustainable AI-enabled ways of working.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Define the enterprise adoption strategy for Claude, covering Claude Chat, Cowork and Claude Code, along with the projects, skills and connectors that make those tools useful in real business settings.<\/li>\n
  • Align Claude strategy with security, data and automation capabilities so adoption is practical, safe and scalable.<\/li>\n
  • Design and run user-focused change and adoption campaigns that can operate at scale, addressing scepticism about AI, building capability and embedding new working habits.<\/li>\n
  • Help clients measure value by defining KPIs and tracking benefits from pilot stages through to enterprise rollout, ensuring each phase is informed by evidence from the previous one.<\/li>\n
  • Lead complex client engagements, maintaining delivery quality on strategy and adoption workstreams while identifying and reducing risks as the technology and client environment change.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the growth of the Claude practice by helping shape the portfolio, strengthening client relationships and supporting new business and revenue generation.<\/li>\n
  • Advise senior stakeholders on AI workforce transformation, including how Claude can support different teams and functions, what business change is needed and where value can be created through AI-enabled ways of working.<\/li>\n
  • Lead work redesign initiatives that use AI to improve productivity, employee experience and organisational outcomes through future-state practices, AI-enabled workflows and stronger human-AI collaboration.<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate workshops to understand current operating practices and design future ways of working.<\/li>\n
  • Deliver change and adoption programmes from pilot to scale, using communications, training, engagement, leadership alignment and persona-led adoption planning to support successful deployment.<\/li>\n
  • Address AI scepticism and respond to concerns in ways that build trust and encourage uptake.<\/li>\n
  • Design and deliver enablement sessions, from introductory Claude Chat training through to hands-on labs for Cowork projects, skills and connectors, and Claude Code sessions for technical teams.<\/li>\n
  • Set up champion networks, reusable prompt and skills libraries, and onboarding assets that help adoption continue as the Claude environment evolves.<\/li>\n
  • Support value measurement and benefits realisation across the programme.<\/li>\n
  • Lead executive engagement and value communications so senior leaders can explain the AI vision, demonstrate outcomes and align business and technology leadership around Claude adoption.<\/li>\n
  • Run client workshops and transformation workstreams, manage small consulting teams and produce strong client deliverables and recommendations.<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate conversations between business, technology and change stakeholders, translating complex AI ideas into practical business outcomes.<\/li>\n
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Provide thought leadership on AI and Claude trends in the workplace, with a focus on ethical principles and directing investment toward transformative opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Help create new frameworks that connect frontier AI benefits, adoption metrics and productivity measures to business outcomes, strengthening the business case for AI.<\/li>\n
  • Experiment with new Claude adoption approaches so the team can keep innovating and improving client service.<\/li>\n
  • Identify opportunities to improve team capability through Claude training and certifications.<\/li>\n
  • Stay current on competing technologies and assess the feasibility of generative and agentic AI solutions such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini.<\/li>\n
  • Support bids, RFPs, RFIs and proposals, ensuring governance is in place and deadlines and quality standards are met.<\/li>\n
  • Work with colleagues across Capgemini to understand client needs and shape new opportunities with tailored solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to solution development, including staffing input, capability requirements and ideas across the delivery lifecycle.<\/li>\n
  • Help develop enterprise Claude propositions and the value cases that support them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Technology certifications are welcome, especially those related to Anthropic Claude or Microsoft.<\/li>\n

    • You need confidence facilitating training and workshops for audiences from graduates to executives, both face-to-face and remotely.<\/li>\n
    • Strong project management skills are required, along with an understanding of agile principles and the ability to manage timelines, budgets and resources.<\/li>\n
    • You must have practical working knowledge of Claude across Claude Chat, Cowork and Claude Code, enough to design and deliver training and workshops for each.<\/li>\n
    • You should understand projects, skills and connectors, including MCP, and be able to judge which Claude interface is best for a given task.<\/li>\n
    • You need sufficient knowledge of enterprise deployment and administration to design enablement that keeps users within guardrails.<\/li>\n
