Capgemini Invent is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Workplace AI team, focusing on strategy, change and adoption for Anthropic Claude in the enterprise. The role sits within the AI & Digital Workplace tribe in the Business Technology practice, where the team helps organisations reshape how work gets done through AI, digital tools and organisational change. The emphasis is not just on introducing technology, but on turning it into lasting workforce transformation by aligning people, processes and platforms.<\/p>\n

In this position, you will help clients define how Claude should be used across the workplace and then make sure that strategy becomes real in day-to-day work. The work combines AI strategy with change management, communications, training and adoption, with the aim of helping organisations build an AI-enabled workforce and realise measurable business value.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Shape the enterprise adoption strategy for Claude, including how Claude Chat, Cowork and Claude Code should be positioned, what supporting projects and skills are needed, and how connectors, security, data and automation capabilities should be aligned.<\/li>\n
  • Design and run adoption programmes that move clients from pilot to scale, using communications, engagement, training and leadership alignment to overcome scepticism and build confidence in AI.<\/li>\n
  • Define value measures and track benefits so that each stage of investment is supported by evidence from earlier phases.<\/li>\n
  • Take ownership of delivery quality on Claude strategy and adoption workstreams, identifying risks early and helping to de-risk complex situations as the technology evolves.<\/li>\n
  • Support the growth of the Claude practice by developing client relationships, spotting new opportunities, contributing to revenue generation and coaching colleagues to perform strongly.<\/li>\n
  • Advise senior stakeholders on AI workforce transformation, including adoption strategy by workforce group and business function, change requirements and opportunities to create value through AI-enabled ways of working.<\/li>\n
  • Lead work redesign efforts that use AI to improve productivity, employee experience and organisational outcomes through future-state workflows and effective human-AI collaboration.<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate workshops to understand current operating practices and design future ways of working.<\/li>\n
  • Deliver enablement activity ranging from introductory Claude Chat sessions to practical labs covering Cowork projects, skills and connectors, as well as Claude Code for technical teams.<\/li>\n
  • Set up sustainment assets such as champion networks, reusable prompt and skill libraries, and onboarding materials that help adoption continue as the Claude environment changes.<\/li>\n
  • Support programme-wide value measurement and benefits realisation.<\/li>\n
  • Lead executive engagement and value communications so senior leaders can explain the AI vision, demonstrate outcomes and align business and technology leadership around Claude adoption.<\/li>\n
  • Run client workshops and broader transformation workstreams.<\/li>\n
  • Manage small consulting teams and workstreams.<\/li>\n
  • Create strong client deliverables, recommendations and presentations.<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate discussions between business, technology and change stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes.<\/li>\n
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Provide thought leadership on AI and Claude trends in the workplace, using ethical principles to guide client investment toward transformative opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Help invent new frameworks that connect frontier AI adoption, productivity and benefits metrics to business outcomes and strengthen the business case for AI.<\/li>\n
  • Experiment with new Claude adoption approaches to improve client service and keep the team at the forefront of innovation.<\/li>\n
  • Identify opportunities to improve team capability through Claude training and certifications.<\/li>\n
  • Stay current on competing technologies and assess the feasibility of generative and agentic AI solutions such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini.<\/li>\n
  • Support bids, RFPs, RFIs and proposals, ensuring governance, deadlines and quality standards are met.<\/li>\n
  • Work with colleagues across Capgemini to understand client needs and shape new deals with expert solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to solution development, including staffing input, capability requirements and ideas across the delivery lifecycle.<\/li>\n
  • Help develop enterprise Claude propositions and the value cases that support them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What the team is looking for<\/h3>\n

    • A bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree or higher.<\/li>\n
    • At least four years of consulting experience, ideally in a consulting environment.<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience with generative and agentic AI solutions, especially Claude.<\/li>\n
    • Useful experience in change, training and adoption work for another enterprise AI platform such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise or Codex.<\/li>\n
    • Desirable technology certifications, including Anthropic Claude certifications and Microsoft certifications.<\/li>\n
    • The ability to win support from senior business and technology leaders through strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.<\/li>\n
    • Experience building, growing and coaching cross-functional teams while supporting cohesion and wellbeing.<\/li>\n
    • A strong ethical approach and a consistent commitment to doing the right thing in business and leadership.<\/li>\n
    • The ability to tell a compelling story about Workplace AI offerings and the business value they can deliver.<\/li>\n
    • Proven experience designing and delivering change, communications and adoption at scale, with measurable behavioural outcomes.<\/li>\n
    • Experience using strategy and innovation methods to solve complex analytical and technical business problems.<\/li>\n
    • Confidence in designing and facilitating workshops and training for audiences from graduates to executives, both in person and remotely.<\/li>\n
    • Strong project management skills, including comfort with agile principles and managing timelines, budgets and resources.<\/li>\n
    • Practical knowledge of Claude Chat, Cowork and Claude Code, with enough depth to design and deliver training on each.<\/li>\n
    • Working understanding of Claude projects, skills and connectors, and the judgement to choose the right surface for the right task.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of how Claude is deployed and administered in an enterprise, so enablement can be designed within guardrails.<\/li>\n
    • Awareness of Microsoft Copilot for clients using both platforms.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of generative and agentic AI risks and the ability to assess and mitigate them in an adoption programme.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of AI ethics, including the impact of human bias and ways to address it.<\/li>\n
    • A collaborative style and the ability to build a strong internal network across Capgemini while promoting Workplace AI offerings.<\/li>\n

        The role is a permanent position at experienced professional level. The office base can be London, Manchester or Glasgow, and the role may require periods of time away from home at short notice because assignment location needs can change.
