This is a full-time recruiting role based in London, working on a hybrid basis from Figma\u00e2\u0080\u0099s London hub. The position sits within the company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s international recruiting function and is focused on helping scale the EMEA workforce during a period of growth. In this role, you would be responsible for delivering a strong candidate experience, running hiring processes from start to finish, and building pipelines of high-quality talent that support the company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s next stage of expansion.<\/p>\n

What you would do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for business and go-to-market positions, managing the process from initial sourcing through to completion.<\/li>\n
  • Work in close partnership with business leaders and stakeholders across global teams, with the main emphasis on hiring needs in EMEA.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain healthy candidate pipelines that are both strong in quality and representative in composition, while also managing applicants who come in through inbound channels.<\/li>\n
  • Use recruiting and hiring data to guide strategy, then communicate findings and recommendations to partners in a way that helps drive change.<\/li>\n
  • Create and implement sourcing plans to reach passive candidates, using methods such as direct outreach, live events, and content-based engagement.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a visible advocate for Figma\u00e2\u0080\u0099s values and make sure they are reflected in day-to-day recruiting work.<\/li>\n
  • Identify opportunities to improve hiring and business processes, contributing ideas that strengthen the overall talent strategy.<\/li>\n
  • Help coordinate initiatives tied to belonging, equity, and inclusion within the recruiting process.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to a candidate journey that feels thoughtful, responsive, and high quality from first contact through hiring decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
