- Build and apply modern generative AI and agentic AI approaches using frameworks and tooling such as ADK, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, LlamaIndex, and similar technologies.<\/li>\n
- Translate business AI opportunities into practical data and AI architectures, selecting the most appropriate cloud services across major hyperscale platforms.<\/li>\n
- Guide multi-disciplinary teams as they work through complex technical and delivery requirements.<\/li>\n
- Architect and implement generative AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, agent-based workflows, and orchestration of large language models across Azure, GCP, or AWS.<\/li>\n
- Embed safety, evaluation, and assurance controls throughout the AI lifecycle so that solutions remain ethical, explainable, and responsible.<\/li>\n
- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure the solutions created are aligned to business needs and generate measurable impact.<\/li>\n
- Create client-ready demonstrations and proof-of-value materials, support proposals, and provide technical deep-dives that help show how delivery patterns can be applied.<\/li>\n

- Experience building and automating AI and machine learning pipelines with tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, Vertex Pipelines, Airflow, or Google ADK.<\/li>\n
- Practical experience with generative and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Autogen, Google ADK, or similar tools.<\/li>\n
- Ability to design and implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, agent workflows, MCP, and integrations with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face.<\/li>\n
- Strong working knowledge of CI\/CD and containerisation tools, including GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.<\/li>\n
- Useful additional experience would include AI evaluation methods such as prompt testing, A\/B testing, and quality assessment frameworks.<\/li>\n
- It would also be helpful to understand modern data architecture patterns such as lakehouse designs, vector databases, and relational or NoSQL stores.<\/li>\n
- Familiarity with API gateways, event streaming, and broader integration patterns would also be advantageous.<\/li>\n
