This role sits within Cision\u00e2\u0080\u0099s insights business and is focused on helping clients get the most value from their insights programmes. What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Take responsibility for a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main contact for those customers.<\/li>\n
  • Build dependable, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and support them as a strategic partner.<\/li>\n
  • Keep in regular touch with client teams by email, phone, and from time to time face to face, so you can understand their priorities and keep service delivery on track.<\/li>\n
  • Work as the connection point between clients and internal colleagues, resolving problems quickly when they relate to delivery, editorial standards, or contract terms.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with teams across the organisation to make sure the client experience is consistent and seamless.<\/li>\n
  • Support account renewals by keeping account details up to date, tracking the agreed scope of work, and helping prepare proposals, statements of work, and other contract documents.<\/li>\n
  • Identify ways to strengthen client relationships, improve retention, and contribute to growth through renewals and additional services.<\/li>\n
  • Work with internal stakeholders to highlight client risks, opportunities, and follow-up actions that support long-term success.<\/li>\n
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s insights delivery process and assist with client projects through research, drafting, editing, and quality control as needed.<\/li>\n
