What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Coordinate engineering, product, and manufacturing changes so they are managed in a controlled and traceable way throughout the full process.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee the lifecycle of change items such as engineering change requests, engineering change orders, and deviations, ensuring they are reviewed, completed, and put into effect correctly.<\/li>\n
  • Support impact analysis and change review activity by helping teams understand the implications of proposed changes and by ensuring the right information is available for decision-making.<\/li>\n
  • Keep product configuration information and related records accurate, up to date, and easy to follow.<\/li>\n
  • Work across technical and manufacturing teams, as well as external manufacturing partners, to maintain alignment and keep change activity progressing.<\/li>\n
  • Track actions, identify and surface blockers, and make sure issues are resolved or escalated before they delay implementation.<\/li>\n
  • Help teams document decisions clearly, understand dependencies, and close out issues before changes move forward.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the team\u00e2\u0080\u0099s ownership of product configuration, engineering change control, product data governance, and PLM processes within Manufacturing Operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You would join the Configuration Management function within Manufacturing Operations. This team is responsible for product configuration, engineering change control, product data governance, and PLM processes. In day-to-day work, you would collaborate with technical teams and manufacturing partners, helping ensure that good decisions are based on accurate information, clear ownership, and well-managed change records.<\/p>\n

    • For the preferred background, experience in electronics, semiconductors, computing, or other complex hardware product development, including work with contract manufacturers or global production setups.<\/li>\n
    • Practical familiarity with controlled change workflows such as engineering change requests, engineering change orders, engineering change notices, or deviation processes.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with Arena PLM and\/or involvement in Change Review Boards or Change Control Boards would be an advantage.<\/li>\n
    • A relevant degree, HNC\/HND, or equivalent professional experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
