  • Build secure and scalable LLM- and agent-based systems that incorporate retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, and guardrails, while integrating with enterprise data, identity, and compliance frameworks.<\/li>\n
  • Stay closely involved with strategic accounts in an advisory and technical role so that projects continue progressing toward the agreed adoption, transformation, and value targets.<\/li>\n
  • Present solutions and outcomes to senior decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders, using demos, whiteboarding, and formal review sessions.<\/li>\n
  • Help codify successful approaches into reusable methods, assets, and internal best practices that improve speed and consistency across the team.<\/li>\n

    • At least two years of experience in executive-facing presales or value engineering, with evidence of helping close technical opportunities and shaping persuasive AI transformation narratives.<\/li>\n
    • A strong record of owning proof-of-value work and being accountable for outcomes, including ROI\/TCO analysis and the ability to present visionary solutions to complex or hidden problems.<\/li>\n
    • Solid knowledge of business processes and industry environments such as supply chain or finance, plus the ability to translate operational issues into strategic AI opportunities.<\/li>\n
    • Practical engineering capability in Python, API design, SQL, data integration, and common ML\/AI libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Hugging Face Transformers.<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience with agentic AI approaches, including LLM orchestration, function calling or tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, prompt engineering, or similar enterprise workflow patterns.<\/li>\n
    • Experience bringing ML or LLM solutions into production, including deployment, monitoring, MLOps\/LLMOps, and lifecycle management on cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex AI.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of enterprise AI architecture, including cloud reference architectures, identity and access management, data governance, privacy, and compliance.<\/li>\n
    • Exposure to applied mathematics or operations research topics such as optimization, statistical analysis, reinforcement learning, or forecasting is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills for both internal and external audiences, including executives, with confidence in whiteboarding sessions, demos, and formal readouts.<\/li>\n
