Valtech is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to join its UK team in a permanent hybrid role.   • Take ownership of the most complex and ambiguous product work, providing leadership across programmes that involve several teams and specialist disciplines.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with in-house developers, designers, and testing engineers to deliver products that are both innovative and robust.<\/li>\n
  • Work across the entire lifecycle of a product, including discovery, hypothesis testing, execution, growth, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the team is building the right solution by aligning product decisions with business objectives, user needs, and a strong commercial rationale.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with designers, engineers, strategists, delivery leads, and senior client stakeholders to define product and service direction, set priorities, validate assumptions, and agree success measures.<\/li>\n
  • Guide programme teams in a product leadership capacity and support other Product Managers as well as the wider delivery organisation.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to commercial activity by helping with pitches, proposals, and business development efforts.<\/li>\n
  • Influence the evolution of Valtech\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Product practice by helping define strategy, improving craft and capability, and coaching colleagues.<\/li>\n
  • Support the learning and development of teammates through mentoring and knowledge-sharing.<\/li>\n
  • Champion practical use of AI in product management by embedding it into your own workflow, encouraging better AI-enabled practices across the team, and helping design and deliver AI-powered products and capabilities for clients and users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
