- Build solutions using modern generative AI and agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools, applying them to real enterprise use cases.<\/li>\n
- Convert business AI requirements into practical data and AI architecture choices, selecting suitable cloud services across major hyperscale platforms.<\/li>\n
- Architect and implement generative AI solutions such as retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, agent-based workflows, and orchestration of large language models across Azure, GCP, or AWS.<\/li>\n
- Embed safety, evaluation, assurance, and responsible AI controls throughout the AI lifecycle so that solutions are ethical, explainable, and trustworthy.<\/li>\n
- Translate business and functional needs into technical blueprints and help steer multidisciplinary delivery teams in executing those designs.<\/li>\n

What the team is looking for<\/h3>\n\n- Experience in a major consulting firm, or equivalent industry experience with a consulting mindset, together with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organisation and gain commitment from colleagues when selling and delivering solutions.<\/li>\n
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical client sponsors to shape requirements and develop solutions together.<\/li>\n
- A strong record of defining and implementing MLOps strategy and frameworks, plus delivering AI and machine learning solutions from concept through to production at scale.<\/li>\n
- Deep knowledge of generative AI and agentic AI, including retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, evaluation harnesses, and orchestration frameworks.<\/li>\n
- Experience designing cloud-native data and AI architectures using Azure, GCP, AWS, and\/or Databricks.<\/li>\n
- The ability to explain how scaling AI can create business value and measurable impact.<\/li>\n
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as Azure, GCP, or AWS, including relevant AI services and tooling.<\/li>\n
- Experience building and automating AI and machine learning pipelines with tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, Vertex Pipelines, Airflow, or Google ADK.<\/li>\n
- Practical experience with generative and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Autogen, Google ADK, or similar technologies.<\/li>\n
- Ability to design and implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, agentic workflows, MCP integrations, and connections to LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face.<\/li>\n
- Strong capability in CI\/CD and containerisation, including tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.<\/li>\n
- Helpful additional experience in evaluating AI system performance, including prompt testing, A\/B testing, and quality assessment approaches.<\/li>\n
- Helpful additional knowledge of modern data patterns such as lakehouse architectures, vector databases, and relational or NoSQL stores.<\/li>\n
