This role sits within Capgemini Invent\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Business Technology practice, specifically in the AI & Digital Acceleration team. The team helps clients deliver technology transformation programmes that create business value and improve the effectiveness of their IT capabilities. The position is for a Managing Consultant focused on AI and enterprise automation, with responsibility for helping sell and deliver ServiceNow-led AI transformation work and for expanding the Business Technology portfolio within client accounts.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Lead and support AI-first transformation programmes built on the ServiceNow platform, helping clients move toward autonomous, productivity-focused enterprise operations.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a techno-functional expert who can bridge business and technology, advising clients on how to design, implement, and scale AI-enabled workflows.<\/li>\n
  • Work with senior stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise platform rather than simply an IT service management system.<\/li>\n
  • Develop enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps that use ServiceNow capabilities to deliver measurable value.<\/li>\n
  • Advise client leaders on AI operating models, governance, risk management, compliance, and the practical realisation of AI-driven business benefits.<\/li>\n
  • Translate business needs into workflow solutions that use AI to improve automation, decision-making, and employee productivity.<\/li>\n
  • Design and help implement AI Control Tower capabilities, including lifecycle management, governance, and observability for AI assets and use cases.<\/li>\n
  • Create agentic AI workflows that can execute tasks autonomously where appropriate.<\/li>\n
  • Shape and support use cases for Now Assist and other generative AI features across business processes.<\/li>\n
  • Define the data, integration, and workflow architecture needed for AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Support the adoption of Employee Works \/ MoveWorks capabilities, including conversational AI, enterprise search, knowledge orchestration, and self-service experiences.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the delivery of full transformation programmes, including the development of AI-enabled target operating models.<\/li>\n
  • Help maintain solution quality by applying governance, best practice, and delivery discipline.<\/li>\n
  • Take part in proposals, RFPs, and client pitches that focus on AI-led transformation opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Support the development of ServiceNow AI offerings, reusable accelerators, and other practice assets.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to thought leadership and other market-facing activities that build the team\u00e2\u0080\u0099s profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What the role requires<\/h3>\n

    • Approximately 10 to 15 years of experience in technology-enabled transformation, consulting, or a similar advisory environment.<\/li>\n
    • Strong practical experience with ServiceNow, with multi-module exposure preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Experience delivering AI, automation, and digital transformation programmes.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in at least two of the following areas: ServiceNow consulting or implementation, AI \/ GenAI \/ automation use cases, conversational AI or virtual agents, enterprise architecture, data, or integration.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI principles.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of workflow design and process automation.<\/li>\n
    • Strong client and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage confidently with senior executives.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to turn technical detail into clear business outcomes.<\/li>\n
    • Experience supporting proposals, sales activity, or business development.<\/li>\n
    • A collaborative style and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in a consulting setting and comfort working directly with clients.<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to work from a UK office base in London, Manchester, or Glasgow, while also being fully flexible about assignment location and periods away from home at short notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
