This role sits within Capgemini Invent\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Agile Transformation capability and focuses on helping major organisations move beyond traditional delivery agility toward a more adaptive, AI-ready operating model. The team works with strategic clients to redesign how they govern portfolios, make decisions, fund work, and organise teams so they can respond more effectively to volatility and create genuine structural advantage from AI. The emphasis is not on treating AI as a simple add-on to existing delivery processes, but on using it as a force that reshapes coordination, decision-making, and value creation across the enterprise.<\/p>\n

You would join a fast-moving consulting team that blends operating model design, culture change, agile tooling, training, and coaching. The team combines Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, DevOps, and Kanban approaches to help clients achieve their business goals. Its work takes clients from strategy through execution, with a strong focus on redesigning portfolio governance, decision rights, and funding models; building the foundations for persistent teams, value streams, and adaptive governance; and embedding AI as a core capability across the operating model rather than as a bolt-on tool.<\/p>\n

What you would do<\/h3>\n

  • Support and help shape client engagements that move organisations from delivery-focused agility to broader systemic adaptability and AI-native ways of working.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the redesign of portfolio governance, decision rights, and funding models so clients can make faster, outcome-led decisions.<\/li>\n
  • Help establish the operating model foundations needed for AI-enabled organisations, including persistent teams, value streams, and adaptive governance structures.<\/li>\n
  • Advise clients on how to embed AI as a structural part of the operating model, rather than as a standalone technology layer.<\/li>\n
  • Work with clients to redesign how they coordinate, decide, and create value so that AI produces meaningful organisational advantage.<\/li>\n
  • Lead and contribute to proposals, bids, and client pitches, and help shape new market propositions.<\/li>\n
  • Build relationships with senior buyers and decision-makers through client work and industry events.<\/li>\n

    • A strong consulting and advisory toolkit, including diagnostic design, structured problem-solving from ambiguous inputs, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders such as CIOs, COOs, and Heads of Transformation.<\/li>\n
    • Confidence in front of senior sceptics, with the ability to reframe discussions and influence the direction of the conversation.<\/li>\n
    • Experience contributing to propositions, proposals, bids, and offering design, not only delivery execution.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with business and IT stakeholders to shape and run agile transformation programmes, including the creation of agile blueprints and roadmaps that connect technology to business outcomes.<\/li>\n
    • A clear and evolving view of how AI and agentic capabilities affect coordination cost, decision latency, operating model design, governance, funding, and team topology.<\/li>\n
    • The ability to explain AI adoption as an operating model and governance challenge rather than a tooling issue, and to show why systemic agility is the foundation for becoming AI-native.<\/li>\n
    • Comfort with designing human-and-AI ways of working, where agents perform defined tasks while people retain judgement, accountability, and organisational context, and the ability to embed that thinking into agile ceremonies, team design, and value stream operation.<\/li>\n
    • Awareness of the practical barriers to enterprise AI adoption, including capitalisation rules, audit and risk constraints, annual funding cycles, and fragmented decision rights, especially in regulated sectors.<\/li>\n
    • Interest in using AI to improve consulting craft, such as synthesis, client diagnostics, proposal generation, and market intelligence, and curiosity about how this changes client engagement.<\/li>\n
    • Experience designing agile value stream operating models for large, complex organisations, including lean portfolio management, persistent team funding, participatory budgeting, and decision-rights design at enterprise level.<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience introducing and embedding scaled agile practices such as Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning, along with agile maturity assessment.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of how to scale agile and manage the cultural, governance, environmental, and organisational changes involved in accelerating agile adoption.<\/li>\n
