The program already has dedicated AI operations specialists who build and run the platform; your job is to own the program itself, decide what it should do, why it should do it, and who it should serve. The emphasis is on program leadership rather than software engineering. You will need enough technical understanding of AI agents to direct the people building them, but the core value you bring is judgment, commercial thinking, and the ability to prove business impact.

What you will be responsible for

Taking full ownership of the AI SDR program from start to finish, covering inbound and outbound activity across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Determining which accounts or leads are included, what the agents say, when a human should take over, and how the program translates into pipeline.

Setting the strategic direction for the platform while the operations team handles implementation and day-to-day execution.

Owning the program’s commercial results, including meetings booked, meetings accepted, qualified pipeline created, cost per meeting, and cost per pipeline dollar.

Building and defending the ROI story for leadership, using numbers that can withstand detailed questioning.

Working with SDR teams and their managers to uncover the real causes of issues such as lead-quality disputes, weak prioritization, poor follow-up after the first touch, and handoffs that lose context, then fixing those issues through AI support, process changes, or clearer definitions.

Defining the boundary between human work and agent work, including where the handoff should happen and how that split should evolve based on evidence.

Leading the move from manual batch enrollment to continuous enrollment driven by account scoring, intent signals, and engagement decay.

Improving the buyer experience so outreach is triggered by meaningful account signals, reflects something true about the buyer’s business, and makes the next step obvious.

Upgrading reporting so volume, coverage, outcomes, and ROI are shown on a live dashboard that is generated automatically rather than through manual exports.

Identifying and launching the next agentic use cases once the core motion is working, such as event follow-up, hand-raiser nurture, and re-engagement.

Serving as the main point of contact for SDRs, AEs, and their leaders when the program is not performing as expected.

Partnering closely with the AI operations specialists who build and run the platform, giving them direction and requirements while they implement the system.

What success should look like

Outbound volume and coverage are steady across regions.

Leadership uses your ROI model in planning discussions, including cost per meeting and cost per pipeline dollar.

The main SDR pain points identified in your first quarter have been traced to root causes and resolved, and SDR leaders would confirm that without prompting.

Meeting acceptance is strong, and any rejection patterns have clear, known reasons.

Reporting is fully automated, allowing you to spend your time on decisions rather than manual reporting work.

The program’s activity and volume are clearly connected to human activity, and pipeline for ICP accounts increases in a way you can attribute to specific changes.

At least one additional agentic program is live and generating pipeline.

What you will bring

Experience leading programs with a measurable number attached, such as demand generation, SDR/BDR, growth, or go-to-market work where you owned the outcome and defended the metric.

Practical experience running AI workflows in production, including deploying, directing, or owning automations that other people depended on.

The ability to define requirements, challenge the build, and distinguish between a problem in the agent, the data, or the workflow itself.

Strong ROI fluency, including the ability to build a cost-per-outcome model and explain it clearly.

A preference for showing live dashboards rather than relying on slide decks.

A disciplined approach to diagnosing team problems at the source, starting with the real issue rather than stopping at a surface complaint.

Experience working with frontline teams, identifying the actual constraint, and fixing it.

Comfort serving SDRs, AEs, and their leaders as the users of the program and the people you support when it misfires.

A buyer-first perspective that recognizes outreach only matters if it is worth the recipient’s time, and the willingness to stop high-volume activity that does not meet that standard.

Enough technical depth to inspect workflows, question data models, and learn new tools quickly.

Confidence working across four regions, several languages, and some overlap with US hours.

Helpful but not required: hands-on experience with advanced LLM tooling beyond standard vendor interfaces, such as Claude Code, MCP, or custom agents.

Helpful but not required: prior time in, or close collaboration with, SDR/BDR and demand generation functions in B2B SaaS.

Helpful but not required: familiarity with Salesforce, Qualified, Salesloft, UserGems, and Claude, alongside a willingness to evaluate AI-native tools based on measurable impact.

The team and environment

You will join Marketing Operations, a six-person team that focuses on operationalizing and automating marketing work. Two team members work full time on the AI SDR platform, building and running it while you set its direction and co-own reporting, attribution, inbound and outbound process maintenance, and the search for new tools. The team prefers to build its own solutions rather than sending work out as tickets.

Bloomreach describes its culture as one built on freedom, trust, and responsibility, with a strong emphasis on results from the start. The company says it has defined values and underlying behaviors that are embedded into recruitment, onboarding, feedback, development, performance review, and internal communication. It also says it supports flexible working hours and operates in a virtual-first model with hubs across three continents.

Benefits and development opportunities

Flexible working hours and a virtual-first setup with access to Bloomreach hubs across three continents.

Company events that support a global sense of connection.

Five paid volunteer days each year, subject to employment type.

Access to a people development program with workshops led by internal experts.

Competency maps that are being continuously updated for selected functions.

Support from an internal communication coach for work-related communication and decision-making challenges.

A leader development program for managers that includes feedback, coaching, and follow-up check-ins.

An annual $1,500 professional education budget for books, courses, certifications, and similar learning resources, subject to employment type.

An employee assistance program with counselors for non-work-related issues, subject to employment type.

A Calm subscription for sleep and meditation, subject to employment type.

Quarterly DisConnect days that give employees one extra day off each quarter, subject to employment type.

Opportunities to take part in sports, yoga, and meditation activities.

Extended parental leave of up to 26 calendar weeks for primary caregivers, subject to employment type.

Restricted stock units or stock options depending on role, seniority, and location, subject to employment type.

A company performance bonus.

An employee referral bonus of up to $3,000.

Recognition for work anniversaries.

Additional notes

The role is posted in the United Kingdom and the application form asks whether you currently need visa sponsorship to continue working in one of the countries where the job is posted, as well as whether you are currently eligible to work in one of those countries. The posting itself does not say whether sponsorship is available.

Bloomreach also notes that unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles sent through its website or to employees’ personal email addresses are treated as company property and are not eligible for agency fees. The posting closes with an invitation to apply and a note that if the role is not a fit, candidates may share it with someone who could be a strong match.

Degree Requirement: Not Specified

Visa Sponsorship May be

[38
post-3597","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","job-type-experienced
["GET
