What the role involves<\/h3>\n

The position is centered on supporting computer vision and machine learning software solutions used by OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners for edge AI and physical AI applications. You will play a direct technical role in helping customers and partners adopt and deploy Arm technologies successfully, while working alongside engineering specialists and other technical teams. The job is highly collaborative and customer-facing, with a strong emphasis on enablement, problem solving, and knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n

Key responsibilities<\/h3>\n

  • Offer technical help to partners dealing with firmware, software, machine learning, and computer vision challenges on Arm-based systems.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with hardware, ML, and applications engineering colleagues, along with teams across engineering, the business-unit landing team, and product management.<\/li>\n
  • Work through complex customer problems by reproducing issues, identifying root causes with engineering teams, and helping drive them to resolution.<\/li>\n
  • Lead customer training sessions, workshops, and technical talks.<\/li>\n
  • Support customers at important project milestones, including platform bring-up and integration work.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute your expertise to the team and mentor engineers who are earlier in their careers.<\/li>\n
  • Take occasional trips to Arm locations and partner sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills and experience needed<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • At least 10 years of experience developing firmware and\/or software.<\/li>\n
    • Strong command of C and C++.<\/li>\n
    • Deep understanding of SoC architecture.<\/li>\n
    • Practical knowledge of machine learning and computer vision software stacks.<\/li>\n
    • Experience debugging issues across firmware, operating system, and application layers.<\/li>\n
    • Good understanding of rich operating systems such as Linux, including work from the application layer through to driver development.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of Arm processor architecture.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work across geographically distributed teams and provide technical leadership in a cross-functional environment.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Additional experience that would be useful<\/h3>\n

      • Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks or runtimes such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, or inference runtimes.<\/li>\n
