What you will be responsible for<\/h3>\n

  • Leading a team of Forward Deployed Engineers who are embedded across business functions, with accountability for their delivery, growth, and overall performance.<\/li>\n
  • Working closely with domain leaders and subject matter experts to understand business problems, analyze workflows, and uncover opportunities where AI can deliver high impact.<\/li>\n
  • Guiding the creation and delivery of AI solutions using Microsoft\u00e2\u0080\u0099s AI and productivity stack, including Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, retrieval-augmented generation approaches, agent-based workflows, and automation technologies.<\/li>\n
  • Building consistent delivery practices for the organization, including engineering standards, repeatable playbooks, governance approaches, and quality expectations.<\/li>\n
  • Encouraging rapid prototyping, short development cycles, user testing, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong engineering rigor and solution quality.<\/li>\n
  • Partnering with business teams, platform groups, and data teams to remove blockers and accelerate solution adoption.<\/li>\n
  • Sharing updates on progress, risks, adoption results, and business impact with both technical and non-technical executive stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Extensive experience, typically 15+ years, in software engineering, solutions engineering, applied AI, or a closely related technical leadership discipline.<\/li>\n

    • Strong technical judgment, including the ability to review architectures, compare solution designs, troubleshoot complex issues, and steer technical decisions.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable technology solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated ability to define operating models, delivery frameworks, technical standards, and talent development practices for growing engineering organizations.<\/li>\n
