Capgemini Invent\u00e2\u0080\u0099s AI and Digital Trust practice is focused on helping clients achieve secure business outcomes. The team combines cybersecurity advisory and transformation consulting across areas such as security strategy, risk management, human risk management, data and identity security, secure intelligent industry, GenAI risk, and modernisation of security operations. Its specialists support organisations in assessing cyber risk, redesigning cybersecurity operating models, improving digital identity capabilities, leading security culture change programmes, and making security and compliance frameworks more efficient, effective, sustainable and resilient.<\/p>\n

This senior leadership role sits within that practice and is aimed at someone who can do far more than deliver workstreams. The expectation is that you will help shape client strategy, guide complex engagements, grow the business, and strengthen the practice internally while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Lead major transformation programmes and strategic workstreams, taking them from initial shaping through to delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite leaders and executives responsible for risk, security and technology, to influence decisions and build commitment for change.<\/li>\n
  • Take ownership of client relationships, the quality of the engagement, commercial performance and the outcomes delivered.<\/li>\n
  • Help win and grow business through proposition development, account expansion, bid and proposal work, and market-facing thought leadership.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the development of the Digital Trust capability by creating reusable assets, sharing knowledge, supporting innovation and leading community activity.<\/li>\n
  • Coach and develop consultants and managers, helping to build strong teams and future leaders.<\/li>\n
  • Bring recognised expertise in areas such as GenAI security and risk management.<\/li>\n
  • Support business development activities including proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches and hosting clients at events.<\/li>\n
  • Take part in internal practice-building work such as campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, operational improvement, recruitment, team events and offering development.<\/li>\n
  • Continue your own learning and development through training, certifications and other growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What you need<\/h3>\n

      • Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from design through to delivery.<\/li>\n
      • Strong ability to influence senior leaders across business, risk, security and technology and secure buy-in for transformation initiatives.<\/li>\n
      • Proven ownership of client relationships, engagement quality, commercial results and delivery outcomes.<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrable success in business development, including proposition building, account growth, bids, proposals and externally facing thought leadership.<\/li>\n
      • Experience helping to build and scale a consulting capability through asset development, knowledge sharing, innovation and community leadership.<\/li>\n
      • Experience coaching and developing consultants and managers and building high-performing teams.<\/li>\n
      • Recognised expertise in areas such as GenAI security and risk management.<\/li>\n
      • Current or recent experience in a major consulting firm, or in industry with a consulting background.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and gain support and commitment from peers when selling and delivering consulting solutions.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in proposition development and delivery.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to generate around \u00c2\u00a31 million in consulting revenue using a mix of existing relationships, wider company relationships and your own network.<\/li>\n
      • This is an experienced professional role on a permanent contract.<\/li>\n
      • The office base may be London, Manchester or Glasgow, but you must be fully flexible about where assignments take place and be prepared for periods away from home at short notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
