This senior leadership role sits within Capgemini Invent\u00e2\u0080\u0099s AI and Digital Trust practice, where the focus is on helping clients achieve secure business outcomes through cybersecurity advisory and transformation work. The practice operates across areas such as security strategy, risk management, human risk management, data and identity security, secure intelligent industry, GenAI risk, and the modernisation of security operations. As a Senior Manager, you will be expected to do more than deliver projects. The role is designed for someone who can shape client strategy, guide organisations through ambiguity and change, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will help clients respond to emerging risks while also delivering outcomes that matter commercially and operationally. The position also carries responsibility for growing the practice, building its reputation in the market, and developing the next generation of talent.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Lead major transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from the earliest shaping stages through to delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Advise and influence senior client stakeholders, including executive leaders in risk, security and technology, so they can make informed decisions and commit to transformation initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Take ownership of client relationships, the quality of engagements, commercial performance and delivery results.<\/li>\n
  • Help win and grow business by developing propositions, contributing to bids and proposals, supporting account growth and taking part in market-facing thought leadership.<\/li>\n
  • Build the Digital Trust practice by creating reusable assets, sharing knowledge, encouraging innovation and leading community activity.<\/li>\n
  • Coach consultants and managers, helping to create strong teams and future leaders.<\/li>\n
  • Bring recognised expertise in specialist areas such as GenAI security and risk management.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to internal practice development through campaigns, think-tanks, whitepapers, operational improvements, recruitment, team activities and offering development.<\/li>\n
  • Support your own learning and development through training, certifications and other growth opportunities aligned to business needs.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to business development activity that may include proposal writing, RFPs, bids, proposition creation, client pitches and hosting clients at events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • You must be comfortable driving business development using existing firm relationships, broader company relationships and your own network, with an expectation of generating around \u00c2\u00a31 million in consulting revenue.<\/li>\n
    • You should be able to influence C-suite leaders and other senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for transformation work.<\/li>\n
    • You need experience leading large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping through delivery.<\/li>\n
    • You should be able to manage client relationships, commercial outcomes, engagement quality and delivery performance at a senior level.<\/li>\n
    • You should have experience building capability through knowledge sharing, innovation, asset development and community leadership.<\/li>\n
    • You should be able to coach and develop consultants and managers and help build high-performing teams.<\/li>\n
    • Recognised expertise in GenAI security and risk management is specifically valued.<\/li>\n
