This role sits within Capgemini Invent\u00e2\u0080\u0099s AI and Digital Trust practice, where the focus is on helping clients achieve secure business outcomes through cybersecurity advisory and transformation work. The practice combines strategic, creative, scientific and technology-led thinking to address current and emerging challenges, including security strategy, risk management, human risk management, data and identity security, secure intelligent industry, GenAI risk, and the modernisation of security operations.<\/p>\n

As a Senior Manager, you will be expected to do far more than deliver projects. The role is about shaping client strategy, guiding organisations through uncertainty, and helping senior stakeholders make decisions that improve resilience, security and business performance. You will be trusted to lead complex engagements, influence executive audiences, grow the business, and strengthen the practice for the future.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Lead major transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from the initial shaping stage through to delivery, ensuring the work is aligned to client needs and produces tangible results.<\/li>\n
  • Advise and influence senior leaders across the C-suite, risk, security and technology functions, helping them understand emerging threats and secure commitment to transformation initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Take ownership of client relationships, the quality of the engagement, commercial performance and delivery outcomes.<\/li>\n
  • Help generate new business by developing propositions, contributing to bids and proposals, supporting account growth and taking part in client-facing thought leadership.<\/li>\n
  • Build the Digital Trust capability by developing assets, sharing knowledge, encouraging innovation and helping to lead the community around the practice.<\/li>\n
  • Coach and develop consultants and managers, supporting them to grow into high-performing contributors and future leaders.<\/li>\n
  • Bring recognised expertise in areas such as GenAI security and risk management.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to internal practice development through campaign work, think-tanks, whitepapers, recruitment, operations, team events and the development of new offerings.<\/li>\n
  • Support learning and development activity, including training and certifications that help you progress and meet the company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s evolving skills needs.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a trusted advisor who is recognised both inside and outside the organisation for insight, credibility and the ability to shape outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Experience at a major consulting firm, or industry experience backed by a consulting background.<\/li>\n
    • Confidence working in a matrixed organisation and the ability to win support from peers when selling and delivering consulting solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Practical experience in proposition development and delivery.<\/li>\n
    • Business development capability, including using existing relationships, wider company relationships and your own network to generate around \u00c2\u00a31 million in consulting revenue.<\/li>\n
    • The ability to lead large-scale transformation work and manage multiple senior stakeholders through ambiguity and change.<\/li>\n
    • Strong stakeholder influence skills, especially with executive-level leaders in risk, security and technology.<\/li>\n
    • Experience owning client engagements end to end, including relationship management, commercial performance and delivery quality.<\/li>\n
    • Evidence of helping build a practice or team through knowledge sharing, asset creation, innovation and community leadership.<\/li>\n
    • Experience coaching others and building strong, collaborative teams.<\/li>\n
    • Subject matter credibility in relevant areas, particularly GenAI security and risk management.<\/li>\n
    • This is a role for an experienced professional rather than someone at the start of their career.<\/li>\n
    • You must be prepared to work flexibly across assignment locations, and the role may require time away from home at short notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
