The role covers the entire silicon journey, starting with first-silicon bring-up and continuing through qualification, production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing. The broader mission is to accelerate progress in areas such as drug discovery, software engineering, materials discovery, and other fields that depend on deep reasoning and fast intelligence.<\/p>\n What you will do<\/h3>\n\n- Own the definition and implementation of manufacturing test methods and strategies for an AI accelerator intended for large-scale production.<\/li>\n
- Plan and manage test content for advanced CMOS designs, including blocks such as high-speed logic, SRAM, DRAM, and fast I\/O circuitry.<\/li>\n
- Create and debug structural and functional test content, including scan\/ATPG, LBIST, MBIST, JTAG, and high-speed I\/O test flows.<\/li>\n
- Support first-silicon bring-up on ATE, including pattern debugging, tester correlation, shmooing, and analysis across operating corners.<\/li>\n
- Validate high-speed interfaces such as PCIe Gen6 and multi-gigahertz LPDDR, including at-speed testing and margining features.<\/li>\n
- Perform silicon characterization and failure analysis to identify yield limiters and defect mechanisms.<\/li>\n
- Continuously improve test coverage, test duration, and manufacturing cost while preserving production robustness.<\/li>\n
- Work closely with DFT and design teams to improve testability and close any gaps in coverage.<\/li>\n
- Coordinate with OSATs and other external partners to deploy test programs into manufacturing.<\/li>\n
- Help define advanced packaging test flows, including die-to-die interconnect testing and package-level thermal considerations.<\/li>\n
- Document test programs, debug procedures, and release materials needed for manufacturing handoff.<\/li>\n
- Support qualification, reliability testing, and the ramp into high-volume production.<\/li>\n
- Collaborate across hardware, software, silicon, modelling, packaging, and manufacturing teams in a highly integrated product environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
