The position is centered on turning existing spreadsheets, legacy tools, and business challenges into robust multi-dimensional planning solutions built on Pigment\u00e2\u0080\u0099s platform. It is a customer-facing role that combines solution design, implementation, advisory work, and cross-functional collaboration.<\/p>\n What you will do<\/h3>\n\n- Work closely with customers every day to understand their current processes, tools, and business problems, then translate those into advanced planning models.<\/li>\n
- Collect business requirements, make sense of them, and document them clearly so they can be used to shape the solution.<\/li>\n
- Design and build Pigment applications that address the customer\u00e2\u0080\u0099s planning and performance management needs.<\/li>\n
- Train customers and build solutions together with them so they can become self-sufficient in using the platform.<\/li>\n
- Support, and where needed lead, user acceptance testing and deployment activities.<\/li>\n
- Connect source systems and migration tools by implementing connectors and APIs.<\/li>\n
- Serve as the connection point between customer stakeholders and the internal product team so customer needs help inform product direction.<\/li>\n
- Lead projects that cut across teams and improve delivery methods, operating processes, and implementation practices.<\/li>\n
- Help customers move from fragmented or manual approaches to a more structured, scalable, and maintainable planning environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
