Now more than ever it\u2019s crucial that we protect our assets, devices, and services to protect the UK\u2019s energy supply and enable the green energy transmission.<\/p>\n<h2>What you\u2019ll be doing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the design, development, management, and operations of asset and vulnerability management platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyse security alerts using SIEM tools to identify potential threats, escalating incidents based on predefined criteria as well as support daily SOC operations by triaging alarms and supporting incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in penetration testing, security engineering, incident management, and cyber security audits to ensure our systems are strong and resilient.<\/li>\n<li>Gain hands-on experience implementing and assessing cyber security practices in line with the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) and adhering to industry standards like ISO27001 and IEC62443 for both IT and Operational Technology (OT).<\/li>\n<li>Learn from experienced professionals and contribute fresh ideas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you\u2019ll bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A 2:2 or above in Computer Forensics, IT, STEM related Degree, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or similar<\/li>\n<li>Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for tech<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What\u2019s in it for you<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Training across multiple IT specialisms<\/li>\n<li>Mentorship and career development<\/li>\n<li>Potential international placement with Iberdrola<\/li>\n<li>A chance to make a real impact on sustainability<\/li>\n<li>Gain hands-on experience across both our office and site environments.
