Our primary objective is to design exceptional products that drive the evolution of computing experiences, serving as the cornerstone for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and HPC systems.\u00a0If this resonates with you, come and join our Data Center GPU organization where we are building amazing AI powered products with amazing people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>THE ROLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AMD is seeking an experienced professional\u00a0for the role of\u00a0Director, Business Development, Enterprise AI Accounts (Instinct DC GPU)\u00a0to play a leadership role driving sell-out of Instinct\u2122 DC GPU instances and platforms to F2000 customers in the EMEA region. The role requires deep engagement with CSP and OEM\/ODM GTM teams, AMD sales, AMD engineering and customer success teams to drive business growth and ensure successful end customer adoption of AMD technologies in AI and cloud environments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>THE PERSON:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a high-impact role with direct influence over AMD\u2019s strategic engagements with enterprise end customers and AI innovators. Candidates should bring a mix of go-to-market expertise, technical proficiency, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a breadth of abilities and skills, including: data center GPU product knowledge, AI, ML and HPC applications and solutions domain expertise, strong marketing and presentation skills, pre-existing industry relationships, and strong team leadership to drive progress at the assigned accounts\/partners.\u202fYou are the business leader for your accounts\/partners\/region, evangelist and influencer across organizations, contributing to strategy, setting direction, and achieving success in all facets.\u202f\u202fYou must be self-driven, capable of operating autonomously through ambiguity, and constantly striving for excellence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the playbook and influence the strategy for AMD\u2019s got-to-market engagement with enterprise AI customers through deep understanding of our customer needs, and proven ability to synthesize a comprehensive overall hardware + software solution<\/li>\n<li>Outline and operationalize strategic business targets aligned with corporate and BU-level goals<\/li>\n<li>Deeply understand end customer needs and craft resonating customer value propositions<\/li>\n<li>Execute to annual objectives as measured by end customer wins, instances and platforms sold through and GTM engines\/partners enabled<\/li>\n<li>Engage with system hardware architects, software engineers, IT leaders and and AI thought leaders at customers to ensure AMD GPU share of wallet<\/li>\n<li>Lead GTM related follow-ups as AMD\u2019s key point of contact<\/li>\n<li>Build partnerships with OEM, ODM and CSP customer acquisition and marketing teams<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver training materials and demand-generation content and coordinate POCs as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in GPUs and acceleration in AI\/Cloud<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assess technical and business trade-offs for ROI<\/li>\n<li>Exquisite understanding of how to distill complex data into easily relatable value proposition that drives business decisions<\/li>\n<li>History of executive level interactions in the business and technical domains<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in marketing, business development or product management in the semiconductor industry<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience with managing co-marketing with cloud providers and\/or OEMs<\/li>\n<li>Possess an understanding of where technology is heading and how to use it to make an impact on driving customer interest<\/li>\n<li>Have solid experience and thorough understanding of datacenter, MDC and channel business models<\/li>\n<li>Have a strong passion for winning<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership capabilities along with a strong collaborative style<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead, influence and project manage global cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, including presenting to different audiences &#8211;
