You will have end-to-end responsibility for driving product strategy in the rapidly changing domain of AI inference &amp; training. Success in this role will accelerate the development and deployment of Flux\u2019s OTPU to service real customer workloads.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap<\/strong> evaluating emerging AI research and industry trends to leverage OTPU\u2019s strengths to best serve customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally<\/strong> with optics, electronics and software teams to translate product requirements into engineering deliverables.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conduct in-depth market research<\/strong> to understand competitor solutions and customer pain points, synthesising insights to refine product positioning, features, and messaging.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Define and track success metrics<\/strong> (e.g., performance benchmarks, usage, revenue targets) to align hardware and software simulations with customer requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3+ years of Product Management <\/strong>experience, ideally in deep tech or AI\/HPC infrastructure contexts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2+ years of Engineering experience.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical fluency in AI\/ML frameworks, hardware acceleration &#8211; <\/strong>enough to engage meaningfully with R&amp;D and engineering teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proven track record <\/strong>of owning product roadmaps from ideation to launch, particularly in early-stage or rapidly evolving technology environments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong market research and analytical abilities <\/strong>to identify trends, assess competitive landscapes, and define opportunities for differentiation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts <\/strong>to diverse engineers, non-engineers and customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data-driven mindset,<\/strong> comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative metrics to guide product decisions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bachelor\u2019s <\/strong>in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar), or equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a3117,000 \u2013 \u00a3143,000 annual salary<\/strong>, depending on experience, skills, and location.<\/li>\n<li>Competitive stock options, you\u2019re not just part of the journey, you will own a piece of it.<\/li>\n<li>Work from our HQ in King\u2019s Cross, right in the middle of London\u2019s buzzing AI scene.<\/li>\n<li>Live within 45 minutes of the office?
