This is an opportunity to join a well-established and successful semiconductor business as an Analog IC Design Manager. The company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s design centre, based just north of London in Essex, focuses on high-speed mixed-signal integrated circuits for the data communications sector. As the organisation grows, it is looking for a manager to guide a multidisciplinary team of IC design and layout engineers working on the next generation of optical communication systems.<\/p>\n

What the role involves<\/h3>\n

  • Leading a team made up of IC design and layout specialists across multiple disciplines.<\/li>\n
  • Taking technical ownership of analog IC design work and serving as a key authority for the team.<\/li>\n
