Capgemini Invent is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to help shape and deliver Oracle-led finance transformation for clients. This position sits within a consulting environment that combines strategy, creativity, science, and technology to solve complex client challenges. What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Lead finance transformation work powered by Oracle, helping clients redesign and improve their financial operations.<\/li>\n
  • Design complete Oracle Cloud solutions, including ERP and HCM components where appropriate, so that they are secure, scalable, and aligned with client objectives and industry standards.<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate solution design workshops and convert business needs into practical Oracle architecture and delivery plans.<\/li>\n
  • Guide delivery teams and ensure Oracle implementations are technically sound, high quality, and performant.<\/li>\n
  • Advise clients on Oracle roadmap planning, integration strategy, and governance for transformation programmes.<\/li>\n
  • Support business growth by contributing to proposals, bids, RFP responses, propositions, and client presentations.<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with colleagues across disciplines to make sure systems integrate properly, data migration is handled effectively, and the final solution is optimised.<\/li>\n
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud capabilities and share insights and knowledge across the practice.<\/li>\n
  • Design and implement finance architecture that supports client goals while remaining flexible, scalable, and compliant.<\/li>\n
  • Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, from reviewing the current state through identifying gaps and building practical improvement plans.<\/li>\n
  • Use BPS expertise to analyse finance processes, recommend better ways of working, and introduce improvements that reduce risk and improve workflow.<\/li>\n
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive-level leaders, by understanding their challenges and advising them on the best path forward.<\/li>\n
  • Mentor finance architects and consultants, helping them grow professionally while maintaining delivery standards and timelines.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to internal practice development through campaigns, think-tanks, whitepapers, recruitment activity, team events, and offering development.<\/li>\n
