        The Role As a Fractional Specialist ENT Surgeon, you will:<\/p>\n

        • Deliver comprehensive specialist Otolaryngology Head & Neck services across outpatient clinics, inpatient care and operating theatres.<\/li>\n
        • Manage a broad range of elective and emergency ENT conditions.<\/li>\n
        • Participate in multidisciplinary care and clinical governance activities.<\/li>\n
        • Supervise, mentor and teach junior doctors and other clinical staff.<\/li>\n
        • Contribute to service development and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n
        • Play a leadership role within an expanding specialist service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Essential Requirements Applicants should possess:<\/p>\n

              • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, or an equivalent specialist qualification eligible for Specialist Registration in Australia.<\/li>\n
              • Current or eligible registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).<\/li>\n
              • Demonstrated expertise in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery.<\/li>\n
              • Commitment to teaching, supervision and multidisciplinary patient care.<\/li>\n
              • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
