We combine hospitality, accommodation and events with our own group technology, including Zinga payments and POS platforms, Alby and Goldroom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking skilled Cooks to prepare and cook dishes to a consistent standard across our venues during busy lunch and dinner services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and cook menu items to recipe, portion and presentation standards<\/li>\n<li>Set up and run a section during service<\/li>\n<li>Follow food safety, storage and sanitation procedures at all times<\/li>\n<li>Monitor stock of ingredients and report shortages to the Head Chef<\/li>\n<li>Keep the work area clean and organised<\/li>\n<li>Support training of new kitchen staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 year of experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and food safety<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen<\/li>\n<li>Availability for weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates<\/li>\n<li>Staff meal on shift and discounts across our venues<\/li>\n<li>Career progression to Chef and senior kitchen roles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pay<br \/>$81,000 to $85,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apply through Workforce Australia with your resume and a short cover letter.
