As a Senior Product Design Manager at Monzo, you’ll lead and grow a team of talented designers. You\u2019ll roll up your sleeves to support your team through early discovery, workshops, and problem-solving, while setting the strategic direction and vision for your product area. You\u2019ll help to shape our design team, raise the quality bar and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers, while you partner closely with your counterparts in Product and Engineering, as well as the general manager of your product area.<\/p>\n
