    The role<\/h2>\n

    We’re looking for experienced Senior Solution Architects<\/strong> to join our Architecture and Technology Consulting Practice in London, UK in a hybrid working mode.<\/p>\n

    In this role, you will sit at the vital intersection of client engagements, modern cloud environments, and legacy modernisation, where sound technical decisions shape the future of enterprise systems. You’ll bring a strong engineering background, sound architectural judgement, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary delivery teams.<\/p>\n

You will decide how architectural choices balance rapid innovation with long-term feasibility, security, and operational resilience.     What you'll do<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Translate business goals into robust solution designs and achievable delivery plans across client engagements<\/li>\n
    • Own architectural decisions from discovery and high-level design through implementation, testing and go-live<\/li>\n
    • Evaluate options and clearly articulate technical trade-offs around cost, complexity, security, performance and maintainability<\/li>\n
    • Work hands-on with engineering teams to validate designs through prototypes, Proofs of Concept (POCs) and core implementation<\/li>\n
    • Guide cloud adoption, integration patterns and the modernisation of existing or legacy systems<\/li>\n
    • Communicate effectively with technical development teams as well as senior business and executive stakeholders<\/li>\n
    • Provide technical governance, conduct design reviews, resolve complex technical challenges and mentor colleagues<\/li>\n
    • Support pre-sales activities, client workshops and contribute to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and architecture proposals<\/li>\n
    • Ensure solutions balance rapid innovation with long-term technical feasibility, operational resilience and maintainability<\/li>\n
    • Represent technical best practices and help foster a strong architecture culture within the UK practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Requirements<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience<\/li>\n
      • Proven solution architecture experience in a senior or lead capacity, backed by a strong software engineering foundation ideally gained in a consulting company environment<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-grade systems into production<\/li>\n
      • Practical, hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), modern APIs, integration patterns and Data\/AI architecture<\/li>\n
      • Ability to define, address and audit non-functional requirements such as security, resilience, scalability and operational performance<\/li>\n
      • Confidence making critical technical decisions and guiding stakeholders through ambiguity with incomplete information<\/li>\n
      • Strong pre-sales acumen, including experience with client presentations, RFPs and building architectural proposals<\/li>\n
      • Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
      • Experience leading, guiding or mentoring distributed engineering and architecture teams to improve delivery performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
