The\u00a0Pricing, Data and Analytics Graduate Programme<\/b>\u00a0has three different pathways \u2013\u00a0Data Science, Engineering and Actuarial<\/b>.\u00a0Don\u2019t\u00a0worry if you\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0decide which pathway is right for you, you can always apply to more than one.\u00a0\u00a0Applications can be\u00a0submitted\u00a0directly through our careers site, and\u00a0you\u2019ll\u00a0only need to complete the questionnaire and assessment once, regardless of how many pathways you apply to.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Our\u00a0engineering\u00a0pathway is designed to give you the opportunity to learn, innovate and deliver commercial value.\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0work closely with and learn from recognised experts in collecting and analysing large data sets to create data-led solutions that incorporate automation, quality\u00a0assurance\u00a0and software design.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Our teams are passionate about data, innovation & efficiency and this scheme will give you the opportunity to work alongside talented analytical experts and senior leaders. They will support, guide, and push you beyond your comfort zone to help forge your career in this highly competitive skill set and industry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Over a period of two years, you will complete placements in Underwriting,\u00a0Retail Pricing\u00a0and Claims\u00a0to build knowledge, technical skills and understanding of these departments ready to secure a promotional new\u00a0engineering\u00a0role by the end of the scheme.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        • A degree in any discipline pending\u00a0in 2026\u00a0or\u00a0achieved within the last 2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

          • Strong mathematical capabilities including probability and statistics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
            \n
              \n
            • Ability to code using\u00a0SQL \/ Python<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

              • A keen in interest in\u00a0data pipeline automation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
