What we're looking for<\/h3>\n

  • 6+ years of experience in Channel Management within cybersecurity<\/li>\n
  • Strong experience in AppSec \/ DevSecOps \/ software supply chain security – must<\/li>\n
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs in EMEA<\/li>\n
  • Strong relationships with VARs, MSSPs, distributors, and system integrators<\/li>\n
  • Hands-on approach – able to execute, not just strategize<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence<\/li>\n
  • Experience working in high-growth \/ startup environments<\/li>\n
  • Experience building channel programs from early stages<\/li>\n
  • Strong network within enterprise cybersecurity partners<\/li>\n
  • Familiarity with modern GTM and partner-led growth strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We\u2019re growing fast and looking for a hands-on Channel Director <\/strong>to lead and scale our channel ecosystem across EMEA. This is a high-impact role where you\u2019ll build and own our partner strategy end-to-end, driving pipeline and revenue through strong relationships across the cybersecurity ecosystem.<\/p>\n

    You\u2019ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product <\/strong>to ensure alignment and execute a winning go-to-market strategy through partners.<\/p>\n

    What you'll do<\/h3>\n

    • Build, own, and execute OX\u2019s EMEA channel strategy end-to-end<\/li>\n
    • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing channel partners<\/li>\n
    • Drive pipeline and revenue through channel-led and channel-influenced motions<\/li>\n
    • Work hands-on with partners on enablement, joint planning, and field execution<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams<\/li>\n
    • Monitor partner performance and optimize programs to accelerate growth<\/li>\n
    • Identify gaps and opportunities within the channel ecosystem<\/li>\n
    • Represent OX within the cybersecurity channel community across EMEA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
