Your Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Lead and mentor a small but growing team of developers (currently 3\u20134)
\n\u2022 Take full technical ownership of our full-stack projects (front-end & back-end)
\n\u2022 Set and uphold code standards, architecture, and workflows
\n\u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, and leadership, confidently articulating technical direction
\n\u2022 Work on projects that directly support our sustainability mission
\n\u2022 Help grow and structure the developer team as the company scales
\n\u2022 Stay hands-on with coding. We value technical leaders who build alongside their team<\/p>\n
