Over this 18-month programme, you\u2019ll complete three six-month rotations across our core analytical teams &#8211; working on real projects, solving real problems, and impacting real customers. You&#8217;ll be based in our London (Moorgate) office 3-4 days a week working with a wide range of stakeholders.\u00a0If you\u2019re looking for a grad programme that\u2019s hands-on from day one, then read on!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Rotations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Credit:<\/strong> Iterate and refine credit models to make smarter, faster credit decisions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Growth:<\/strong> Drive customer acquisition, and scale new and existing products in the UK.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Risk:<\/strong> Protect the business &#8211; analyzing Fraud &amp; FinCrime trends across the portfolio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>US:<\/strong> Scale our US business driving customer acquisition and product adoption.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Platform:<\/strong> Design and maintain the infrastructure and pipelines that power our data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our Values &amp; Culture<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Just Pilot:<\/strong> We never settle for \u201cgood enough\u201d.
