This role requires a strong foundation in cloud architecture, platform engineering, and emerging technologies, with a focus on building scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision to establish a core Platform Architecture Capability within CC&amp;A, addressing evolving platform design and cloud requirements.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nPlatform Architecture Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Define and drive platform architecture standards and best practices across multiple PODs.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a core capability for platform architecture within CC&amp;A to ensure consistency and scalability.<\/li>\n<li>Design &amp; Solutioning<\/li>\n<li>Architect solutions leveraging GCP, containerization technologies, observability frameworks, and other platform components<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to RFPs, capability building, and solutioning initiatives to support business growth. Innovation &amp; Future Trends. Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI and agentic systems, into platform strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure platforms remain modern and competitive.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration &amp; Governance<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Define governance models for platform design and cloud adoption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Required Skills &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Platform Architect or similar role, with hands-on involvement across the SDLC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Strong expertise in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cloud platforms (GCP preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)<\/li>\n<li>Observability tools and frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Solid development background with ability to bridge engineering and architecture<\/li>\n<li>Experience in solutioning for RFPs and building organizational capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of AI-driven architectures and interest in agentic technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred Attributes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic thinker with ability to define and implement architecture roadmaps.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br \/>\nPassion for innovation and continuous improvement.&#8217;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Capgemini<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
